He's French. He has a buttery triple-creme named after him. No surprise that this cheese-loving Francophile (moi) is inspired by Savarin.  Food is more than mere nourishment.  It is a language that links us--an expression of love.  It embodies tradition and is a window into other worlds.  Meals are more magical when shared.  As that notable, white tome suggests, cooking is Joy.  Yum du Jour was born from my insatiable quest for deliciousness--my emphatic belief that each and every bite we take should delight us, from the simple al pastor taco to the sumptuous lamb shank.  Let my obsession--er passion--be your gastronomic guide.
